Breakfast is a very important meal of the day. People are now too prone to missing breakfast and forget that taking breakfast starts your day on the right foot. Breakfast gives you the energy to challenge the day ahead of you and be very productive.

If you’re one to miss breakfast, try to wake up just a little bit earlier to give yourself the time to eats something or better yet, meal prep the night before so you have a healthy and delicious meal set in the morning.

Here are some suggestions on easy and nutritious breakfasts you can pull together:

Almond butter toast with banana:

1 to 2 slices of bread
1 to 2 tbsp almond butter
1 or 2 banana

 

Avocado toast with an egg:

1 to 2 pieces of bread
One egg
1 to 2 avocado

 

Overnight Chia pudding with fruit:

It is better to make it the night before
Chia pudding
1 to 2 cups dairy-free milk
1 to 2 tbsp chia seeds
1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup
1 to 2 tsp vanilla extract

 

 Scrambled eggs with veggies:

1 or 2 eggs
vegetables of choice
1 to 2 pieces of bread
