This is a distinctive recipe. Chicken breast without bones marinated in a delightful paste of cranberry and spices. This recipe is pan-fried till it gets cooked and it’s served alongside cranberry slaw.

Ingredients Of Grilled Chicken Breast With Cranberry Masala
For marinade:

  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/3 Cup Cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/3 Cup Cranberries
  • To taste Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh curry leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • A dash of lemon
  • 250 Gram Chicken breast (boneless)
  • For slaw:
  • 1/2 Cup Radish, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Corn
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet cucumbers, sliced
  • A dash of lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Cranberries
  • 1/2 Spring onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Procedure to Make Grilled Chicken Breast with Cranberry Masala

1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade except the chicken In the blender in other to make a fine paste.
2. Then massage out the marinade paste on the chicken
3. Fry till cooked.
3. Serve hot alongside with the nicely mixed cranberry slaw.
